We are looking for a committed and self-driven individual to Join our team as Assistant Technical Officer to be based at our Kitwe Outlets.

Responsibilities;

• Carry out Aquaculture Extension work by conducting farm visits to clients
• Offer consultation to existing and prospective clients as well as constructing aquaculture facilities e.g. fish ponds.
• Maintain high customer relation through speedy resolution to customers and to promote, sale products to existing and prospective clients all products.
• Provide the best practices in service delivery and requesting customer feedback, to maintain a positive company image.
• Maintain a fully stocked store and full procurement management
• Manage point of sales, make data entries, and compile necessary report

Requirements

1. Certificate or Diploma in Aquaculture/Marketing-related field of study from a recognized college or university.

2. A minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in similar role

3. Excellent planning and organizational skills

4. A self-motivated, multi-tasking individual with minimum supervision.

5. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, communication and organization skills with a high demonstrable level of integrity.

6. Willingness to work long hours as and when required in accordance with business requirements.

7. Creative and a forward thinker.

8. Ability to operate in a performance-driven organization
