Frotcom is a leading company in Fleet management and security systems.being in operational for 25 plus years and 3 years in Zambia

FIELD SALES – LUSAKA (3 POSITIONS), (NDOLA 2 POSITIONS), KITWE (1) POSITION).

The field Sales Associates will be responsible for selling company product and services.

The required Skills for this role include;

• Comfortable with doing outbound messaging via email/Facebook to build relationships with investors/property managers/home owners/companies and fleet managers
•  Provide excellent customer service, communication, organization and leadership skills
•  Manage the sales flow for all outbound and inbound leads
• Must develop relationships with the customer base to ensure excellent customer relations (key account management)
• Track KPI’s through weekly performance reports
•  Initiate lead generation programs
• Attend networking events and trade shows.
• Door knocking for business development

Required qualifications & Experience

• Full Grade 12 Certificate with Diploma in Business admin or Marketing
• 2 years’ experience in the marketing field
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge on administrative procedures
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
