1. Project Manager (Civil) 

– Must poses a minimum of a Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field

– Must have at least 5 years professional experience in managing diverse Construction Projects with a bias towards Roadworks and building projects

– Must be ready to work in any part of the Country

– Must have a valid drivers license

– Must be a registered member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia and must have a valid ERB Practicing License for 2023.

2. Quantity Surveyor 

– Must poses a minimum of a Degree in Quantity Surveying or any related field

– Must have at least 5 years hands on professional experience in construction projects with a bias towards Roadworks and building projects

– Must be ready to work in any part of the Country

– Must have a valid drivers license

– Must be a registered member of the Surveyors Institute of Zambia with a valid Practicing License for 2023 where applicable.

3. General Foreman 

– Must poses a minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction or any related field

– Must have at least 8 years professional experience in supervision of diverse Construction Projects with a bias towards Roadworks and building projects

– Must be ready to work in any part of the Country

– Must have a valid drivers license

– Must be a registered member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia

4. (a) Bricklayers

  (b) Carpenters

  (c) Steel Fixers

  (d) Plumbers 

  (e) Plasterers

  (f)  Painters

– Must poses a minimum of a craft certificate relevant to their field

– Must have at least 5 years professional experience in site work

– Must be ready to work in any part of the Country
