Bisoft Business Systems is an IT Consultancy company specializing in Point of Sale for both Retail and Hospitality.

Our offering ranges from software to hardware (Printers, Touch Screen Terminals, Scanner and Scales)

Job Title: Supervisor – Channel Support

Diploma or Degree in any Business-related field

Minimum work experience 3 – 5 years in Administration or Customer Support environment

Must be of age between 25 – 35 years

Technical know-how of basic Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10

Proficient in Typing using a Keyboard and mouse

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel added advantage

Remuneration is based on a fixed pay ranging from ZMW3,500.00 – ZMW5,500.00

Duties:

  • Manage and supervise the helpdesk and the technical team
  • Give direction to the technical team
  • Manage all Projects brought in by the Sales team
  • Facilitate incident resolutions
  • Customer experience and satisfaction surveys and visits
  • Attend to customer complaints and resolutions
  • Come up with innovative ideas and implementation
  • Preparation of quotations, invoices, budgets and forecasts
  • Make products and services sales leads and complete them
  • Follow-up on customer payments and deposits
  • Facilitate all deliveries and drop offs
