We are currently looking for sales representatives to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up on sales inquiries, and closing sales deals with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that customer’s satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Generate new leads through various sales channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
Requirements:
- Kitwe resident
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manages time effectively, and meets sales targets.
- A passion for sales and a results-driven mindset
- Computer literate added advantage
- Any sales representative experience will be an added advantage.
- Good social media presence will be an added advantage
