Our client in oil industry seeks the services of a MEP Technician, who is capable of installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning) systems, including ductwork, air handlers, boilers and chillers.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reporting To: Maintenance manager

Supervision Of: None

Interacts With: Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems including wiring, lighting and power distribution.
• Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures and water heaters
• conducting routine maintenance checks and inspection on MEP systems to identify and address any issues before they become major problems
• Responding to emergency calls and performing repairs as needed.
• Collaborating with other technicians, engineers and contractors to ensure MEP systems are installed and maintained according to building codes and regulations.
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on MEP systems
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area and following all safety procedures and protocols.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Experience: 3 years plus

Education Level: Diploma Level

Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical

Software: MS Office

Equipment: Job related

Knowledge Of: HVAC

Skills To: Conduct routine maintenance, communicate effectively

Ability To: Keep accurate records

Other Requirements: Industrial experience is preferred
