Purpose of Position 

Marketing and promotion of company products while ensuring effective budget management in order to achieve set sales target.

Inherent Job Requirement 

• Diploma in Agriculture Science
• 2 years experience in agrochemicals, marketing, sales, extension and farmer mobilization
• Valid motor cycle license
• Good knowledge of the area of work (Eastern province)

Critical Performance Areas 

• Timely preparation and submission of status reports (sales reports, competitor report etc)
• Identifying and resolving client concerns
• Frequent farm visits
• Conducting on farm trials and demos
• Marketing of ATS Agrochemicals products through various forums
• Sales management and growth
• Sales budget preparation and management
