OVERALL PURPOSE

The infrastructure Support is responsible for design, installations and troubleshooting hardware and software, maintenance and optimal operation of servers, enterprise storage and the backup solutions.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in computer sciences or any related field

Professional Registration:

MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solution Associate), Unix/Linux administration certification/ ICTAZ

Minimum Experience :

2 years technical working experience.

Key Skills:

Strong working knowledge and experience with Virtual architecture and Understanding of ITIL and COBIT 5 practices.
