Zambia Red Cross Society (ZRCS) with the financial support of European Union Echo, under the Project Pilot Programmatic Partnership requests for Proposals from reputable vendors for the Design and Bill of Quantities for the construction of a Warehouse in Choma District of Southern Province.

Documents to accompany the Bid

Prospective bidders are required to submit the following:

Company Profile

registration from relevant institutions, Certificate from Pacra, NCC, EIZ

Evidence of similar past or completed works in the last three years

Tax Clearance Certificates

Evidence of Financial Statement from Bankers

Technical Proposal to Include Designs as per the specifications and site plan provided

Financial Proposal to include schedule of payments
