We offer short online courses and training to small business owners.

We are based in Woodlands extension in Lusaka.

We need a tech savvy intern who is passionate about marketing and

helping small businesses to thrive.

Here is the main role of the intern:

Respond to customer inquiries on Social Media Platforms.

Setup appointments with the consultant.

Call customers who have purchased before and understand their requirements.

Upsell other offers.

Coordinate delivery of books or courses purchased.

Qualifications:

Good phone etiquette

Ability to make several phone calls every day

Interest in sales and marketing

Tech savvy

Computer Literacy

Added Advantage:

Call center handling ability or interest

I.T or computer programming knowledge

Compensation.

This position does not come with a salary.

However, it comes with an allowance and commission on all closed sales.
