Job Description

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Create compelling sales pitches.
• Sell the company’s products and services.
• Complete all paperwork relating to a sale i.e. offer letter, contracts and any other related documents
• Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services
• Advertising on social media via various groups
• Meeting of individual sales targets
• Preparing and submitting of accurate weekly sales report
• Make follow ups on monthly payments for customers who have gotten plots

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in marketing, sales or equivalent
• Experience in real estate sales
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be below the age of 30 years
