- Executes direct channels strategy, policies and procedures to optimize market penetration;
- Provide Statements of accounts to Customers and Invoices to Strategic Channels;
- Dealer Debt Management;
- Consolidation of Reports- weekly and monthly growth report;
- Follow up on Customer Payments outstanding on accounts;
- Help Provide Essential documents to Support strategic Parties understand their duties – Contracts, Addendums and Target letters;
- Maintain good customer relations with Strategic Channels and internal staff;
- Prepare letters and in support of business opportunities as per request by line manager;
- Assist Training – EVD training for all new Strategic Parties;
- Calculate and provide details on Customer performance against Target;
- Ensure the necessary information or changes in policy are communicated to strategic parties and facilitating compliance to such policies;
- Daily Customer query resolution;
- Manage and motivate sales team to achieve results;
- Performance Management of team.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business or related field;
- Grade 12 Certificate. (5 O’ Level credits, including compulsorily English Language and Mathematics);
- 2 years progressive experience in a sales environment dealing with FMCGs;
- Possession of a Manual Drivers License of at least 2 years with no violations.
