Responsibilities

  • Executes direct channels strategy, policies and procedures to optimize market penetration;
  • Provide Statements of accounts to Customers and Invoices to Strategic Channels;
  • Dealer Debt Management;
  • Consolidation of Reports- weekly and monthly growth report;
  • Follow up on Customer Payments outstanding on accounts;
  • Help Provide Essential documents to Support strategic Parties understand their duties – Contracts, Addendums and Target letters;
  • Maintain good customer relations with Strategic Channels and internal staff;
  • Prepare letters and in support of business opportunities as per request by line manager;
  • Assist Training – EVD training for all new Strategic Parties;
  • Calculate and provide details on Customer performance against Target;
  • Ensure the necessary information or changes in policy are communicated to strategic parties and facilitating compliance to such policies;
  • Daily Customer query resolution;
  • Manage and motivate sales team to achieve results;
  • Performance Management of team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business or related field;
  • Grade 12 Certificate. (5 O’ Level credits, including compulsorily English Language and Mathematics);
  • 2 years progressive experience in a sales environment dealing with FMCGs;
  • Possession of a Manual Drivers License of at least 2 years with no violations.
