OVERALL PURPOSE

To conceive, develop and execute the Sales & Distribution strategy for Zambia that would result in achieving incremental customer market share (CMS) and revenue market share (RMS) leadership in Zambia.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a business inclined discipline An MBA would be preferred additional qualification

Professional Registration:

Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing with a valid Practicing Certificate

Minimum Experience :

Minimum 7 years of experience in Telecommunications and consumer sales environment

Very strong exposure in establishment and expansion of Market penetration
