NAPSA/DICT/08/2022: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS ICT EQUIPMENT TO THE NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME AUTHORITY (NAPSA).

This tender has been invited by the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) through Electronic Government Procurement System (e-GP system) platform.

The e-GP system is hosted by the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA). Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022. The tender is open to all eligible Citizen Bidders. Interested Citizen Bidders can access the Solicitation Documents on the ZPPA website (www.zppa.org.zm) and NAPSA website (www.napsa.co.zm). Submission of bids shall be through the e- GP System and no bid submitted outside the e-GP System shall be accepted. Bidders should request for clarification on the tender requirements through the PreBid meeting and the respective section of the e- GP system before the deadline for requests for clarification indicated in the Solicitation Document.

Monday 6^th June 2022 at 14:00 hours.

Pre-bid meeting: Thursday 17 th June 2022, at 11:00 hours. The meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams and meeting link will be shared on the e-GP platform

Tender closing: Thursday 7^th July, at 11:00 hours, on the e-GP system.
