1. Stores Officer

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities:

• Grade 12 school certificate
• Certificate or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar position
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Good in report writing and oral presentation skills.
• Strong ICT skills
• High degree of attention to details

2. Senior Procurement Officer

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities:

• Grade 12 school certificate
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar position
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Strong negotiating and closing skills.
• Good in report writing and oral presentation skills.
• Strong ICT skills
• Able to offer professional, engaging and friendly services to suppliers.
• High degree of attention to details
• Registered with professional board.

3. Cook

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities:

• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Trade/Professional certificate in Food Production
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Food Production
• Ability to follow recipes.
• Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Effective communication skills

4. Executive Chef

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities:

• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Diploma or Professional qualification in Food Production
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of food handling procedures
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to supervise the kitchen team.
• Good leadership qualities
• High degree of attention to details
