As Secretary and personal assistant to the Managing Director, your duties will include among other things;

  • Preparation of both Board and Annual General meeting(AGM) documents
  • Writing of minutes during the Board and annual General meetings and staff meetings
  • Ensuring notices of the above meetings are circulated to shareholders 21 days before due date
  • Taking the lead in the management of front office desk duties as Receptionist and PA to MD
  • Responsible for writing letters and other documents and filing
  • Procurement of office groceries
  • Making appointments
  • Supervising office orderly and gardener
  • Performing related duties as required and ensuring smooth running of the office
  • Take ownership of tender processes with the Engineer and any other member of staff
  • Renewal of statutory documents eg. NCC,EIZ,ABCEC, Fire Certificate

Any other duties as and when assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in any Business/Administration/Front office-related field
  • Experience in preparation of board packs and tender documents will be an added advantage
