CMTN Talent Factory Zambia Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates who are expert users of Excel to design a Payroll Management System Database on behalf of our client, Fabribuild Zambia Limited on a consultancy basis.

1. Excel Expert to Build Excel Payroll Management System Database

Scope of Work:

I. Present evidence of Excel expertise

II. Prepare scope of work showing how you will build the database

III. Stipulate your fees for building the database, after service follow up and yearly upgrade

IV. Build dummy database once shortlisted based on data provided

The database should;

• be designed for 300+ employees
• enable user to define the salaries of the employees per month
• accommodate employees who are paid on a bi-monthly basis, i.e. twice in a month
• have automated calculations for allowances, mid-month advances, loan repayments, NAPSA, NHIMA and PAYE deductions
• generate pay slips
• generate automated reconciliation of payroll calculations and payments

Consultant Specification

Experience: Proven experience building excel databases

Software: Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Excel

Terms and Conditions

Employment: This contract is only for building and supporting the Payroll Management System Database and is subject to a yearly upgrade.

Remuneration: Negotiable
