DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform routine maintenance which includes, fault analysis, component replacements, alignments, and calibrations, repairs, installation of new control circuits.
2. Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators to detect equipment problems and to ascertain whether mechanical or human errors contributed to the problems.
3. Perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs to electrical power, motor, motor control circuits etc, on the various plant machines by following all safety norms as applicable to the electric field.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least a credit or better in English and Mathematics.
2. Ordinary National Technician level Certificate/Diploma or its equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
3. Member of EIZ.
4. Minimum of 4 years experience in a Lime Production or related industry.
