The suitable candidate must:

1. Have a minimum of a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and/or Mechanical

2. Engineering or similar technical qualification

3. Must have at least 10 years’ experience with at least 6 years in Managerial position

4. A profound technical and practical knowledge in installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of elevators and escalators.

5. Hands-on expertise with working on design, drawings and AutoCAD programs

6. Ability to use the most advanced technology, and constantly strive to improve quality as per international set standards.

7. A creative and innovative approach to problem solving

8. Experience in Technical Training of the Employees.

9. In-depth experience on Projects and Site Management.

10. Ability to maintain good relationships with Clients & Suppliers.

11. Customer Satisfaction driven orientation

12. Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

13. Sales and marketing skills, experience on compiling and submitting tenders for projects.

14. Experience with TKE (formerly ThyssenKrupp Elevators) made Escalators & Elevators is an added and well appreciated advantage.
