Statement of Work

Performance Location : Lusaka

Background and Objective:

AINFP would like to host a business meeting to link farmers to food processors. The meeting will be supported by the Farm to Market Alliance and will take one day. The objective of this meeting is to provide a platform for farmers and processors to interact and possible create business networks around the various supply chains.

Contractor Tasks:

The contractor will develop the content to be delivered during this meeting as well as take the role of master of ceremony.

Deliverables:

Content delivery during the business to business meeting and the contract will run from 26th April to 5rd April, 2023

Deliverable Acceptance Standards:

Good quality standard seeing that high profile individuals will be in attendance during this meeting.

Operation and Logistical Considerations:

Consultant to assist with preparing content for the business to business meeting between farmers, farmer groups and food processors.

Qualifications of the Consultant:

The will be chosen for the assignment based on the following required/ideal qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communication or, Management or, Business, or something similar.
• At least 5 years high performance work experience
• Proven experience in providing a similar service been requested.
• Must be able to provide a report after works are done.
