Job Purpose

To carry out Electrical Preventive repairs jobs on all Plant equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Carrying out Preventive maintenance jobs according to PM check lists, instructions and applicable work procedures.
• Identify and diagnose broken down operating equipment and draw lists of requirements.
• Identify and diagnose equipment with planned repairs and draw lists of requirements.
• Carry out repairs according to standard work procedures applicable.
• Carry out planned repairs according to standard work procedures applicable and schedule.
• Carry out all none break down jobs within working hours and scheduled over times.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Craft certificate in Electricity or its equivalent
2. Two (2) years relevant work experience
3. Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia
