Mhasher Ventures Limited is a fast-growing general supply company that specializes in providing high-quality products and services to businesses across a wide range of industries. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Tender and Business Development Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and responding to tender opportunities, as well as proactively seeking out new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers and partners. This position also involves supplier registration and management, as well as other procurement-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and identifying tender opportunities.
• Preparing and submitting tender documents.
• Managing supplier registration and information.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Pitching and presenting to potential customers and partners.
• Negotiating and closing deals.
• Other procurement-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in tender sourcing, business development, and/or procurement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
