Barloworld Equipment Zambia Limited has a vacancy for a Junior Customer Solutions Centre Consultant to successfully coordinate the customer solutions centre functions.

Applicants suitably qualified based on the requirements stated below are invited to apply for the position.

Key Outputs include but are not limited to:

• Telemarketing and new lead generation
• Call and manage retail clients (customers with 5 or less machines)
• Prepare customer quotes
• Update Sales information in CRM (C4C)
• Improve New Customer machine sales (Improve PINS – GCI/BCP)
• Drive Customer Value Agreements at POS

Qualification, Experience, and Competencies

• Full Grade 12 certificate
• A University degree or Diploma qualification in Sales / Marketing / business field Sales and
• Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
• MS office
• Sound People management skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills, Innovative, Confident, Energetic
• Knowledge of CAT product line including accessories and work tools
• Excellent writing and communication skills are a requirement.
