AgriLearn, a community-based project that seeks to empower adolescents and young persons with the knowledge and skills they need to become leaders in their communities and promote sustainable agricultural practices, is requesting Expression of Interest (EOI) from Vendors and Contractors to provide various services.

The following services are required:

1. Construction of Piggery Units (4) with a complete biogas Digestor
2. Supply and Installation of Automated Poultry (Broiler) Chicken Drinkers and feeders for 7000 Birds with Erection of Fence Perimeter and completion of Building structures with 10,000 water Tank reticulation system.
3. Construction of Seven Fish Ponds 20 x 30 meters with a water supply line 500 meters from the river including construction and supply of Water Pump with all applications done for Water Rights.
4. Supply and installation of perimeter 1.8-meter Game Wire fence with Motorized Gate, CCTV Installation.
5. Supply and Installation of Fiber Internet, Office Aircons, Office Computers, Office Desk and Chairs, Smart TVs, and other Office Furniture.
6. All successful applicants will be invited to the second stage, which will involve site assessments and evaluation, as well as sharing of final plans for the last phase of Quote proposal development.

The purpose of the AgriLearn project is to support and empower adolescents and young persons in rural communities to learn about climate change, agriculture, and empowerment. The project aims to address the challenges that young people face in accessing education and training on climate change and agriculture and to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to become leaders in their communities and advocates for sustainable agricultural practices.

Interested vendors and contractors are invited to submit their Expression of Interest, which should include:

Company profile, including experience and expertise in providing similar services.

A detailed proposal, including methodology, implementation plan, and budget.

References and contact information for at least three clients for whom similar services have been provided.
