Position: Customer Care Agent

Location: Lusaka

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Full Grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma in any social science or related field.
  • At least 1 years’ work experience in a similar role.
  • Should be excellent with their communication skills.
  • Should be able to multi task.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to manage time effective.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.

Key Performance Areas among others include:

  • Attending to customer queries both inbound and outbound.
  • Provide customer assistance via email.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Escalate queries to the supervisor and sales team.
  • Create and complete resolved tickets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
