Current and prospective suppliers are invited to participate in a supplier vetting and selection process. Prospective suppliers who satisfy the predetermined vetting and selection criteria shall form

part of our approved and preferred list of service providers for the year May 2023 – April 2024.

List of services required covers the following:

• Accommodation, workshop and conferencing in all the provinces in Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia, South Africa and Mozambique, teas, lunches and refreshments,

Requirements:

Interested companies should meet the following requirements and

provide scanned copies of documents as listed below:

• Certificate of incorporation, CR14 / CR6 (List of directors);
• CR6 / CR5 (Business Address);
• Current tax clearance certificate;
• Documentation for any trading name used,
• Company profile detailing (physical location & contact details, products, or service list)
• At least 3 reputable and verifiable references,
• Payment terms
• Full Banking details
