National Council of Zambia YMCAs is a faith based organization whose mission is to empower young people for the African Renaissance. The organization owns a 4 hectares piece of land in Lilayi area and wants to subdivide for resale.

In view of the above Zambia YMCA is looking to enlist the services of a qualified and well established real estate firm to manage this process for them.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified estate agent from a reputable organisation or equivalent

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

• Company Profile Curriculum Vitae/ resume with contactable references
• License form the institute of estates agent
• Two references from previous clients

TORs for the assignment

• Advertise, negotiate and sale the Subdivisions of the Property.
• Prepare necessary advertising and marketing documents to spearhead the sales of the subdivision.
• Oversee the project up to completion.
• Assign staff at the Plot to answer queries and taking the potential buyers to the property.
• Title conveyance and valuation will be maintained by the agent.
• Facilitate Property Transfer Tax upon receiving the full payment from the   Buyer.
• Report to the National General Secretary of YMCA on a weekly basis.

Advertisement costs for the sale of the property will be covered by the agent
