Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of a certificate in a business related field
- 2 Years experience as an office administrator
- Experience in the Events/Hospitality will be an added advantage
- Must be Computer literate
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Support bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records
- Track stock and orders of items in the warehouse
- Submit timely reports
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
