JOB OPPORTUNITY – Loan Sales Agents

COFUND Investment Limited, a microlending institution, requires suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill up positions of Loan Sales Agents.

Qualifications

i) Degree in accounts, law or any other related field.

ii) Good understanding of credit operations, rules/regulations and credit risk management.

iii) Good sales, problem solving and negotiation skills,

iv) Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

v) Must have the ability to persuade delinquent clients to repay the debt.

vi) Not less than 2 years’ work experience.

Responsibilities

i) Sale all loan products for Cofund

ii) Responsible for loan recoveries

iii) Ensuring adherence to the set credit policies and procedures.

iv) Making alerts, follow-ups and timely recoveries on defaulted loans.

v) Ensuring that legal contract documents are in place.
