JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accept relevant inquiries from employees and explain the company’s
- remuneration and welfare policies and calculation process
- Finish the monthly salary calculation on time and handle abnormal incidents of salary accounting ;
- Handle employee relationship events in various departments, such as dismissal, resignation, warning letters, etc and inform recruitment officer to prepare for the - dept replacement demand
- Put forward rectification opinions and supervise improvements to the corresponding problems departments face in response to the problems reported by employees daily
- Maintain the employee file management work , and carry out regular updates, sorting, and storage
- Settling of disputes in the work space
- Manage employee labor contracts and probation confirmation work
- Follow up the signing of the labor contracts and the confirmation of probation employees as scheduled
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Human resource Management/Business Related
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Knowledge of Zambian Labor Laws
- 5 years Job experience, 3 Industry and 2 Related
- Can work under pressure and under minimum Supervision
- Between 28-35 years Of Age
