Farm Manager

Location: Makeni West

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the medium-sized dairy farm.
• Develop and implement a farm management plan, including crop management, livestock management, and herd health management.
• Manage and supervise farm staff, ensuring they are well trained and efficient in carrying out their duties.
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including inventory management, milk production, and financial records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders in the industry.

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in animal husbandry or agriculture.
• At least 2 years of working experience in farm management
• Valid driving license
