Christian Blind Mission (CBM), an NGO with a focus on people with disabilities, is in search for a vehicle. We are calling on registered vehicle suppliers to submit quotation for a vehicle with the following specifications:

• 4×4 Brand New Vehicle with all accessories
• Air-conditioning
• Radio
• Right hand drive
• Power windows
• Central locking system all items functional
• Diesel Propelled
• White or navy blue
• 4/6 cylinders
• Engine capacity 3.0l
• 5 to 7 seater
• Automatic transmission

We kindly request you submit the following to procurement.zambia@cbm.org:

• Business Profile including contact details and physical address
• Business registration/license certificates
• Copy of suppliers valid Zambia Revenue Authority Tax Clearance , Value Added Tax (VAT) registration and With Holding Tax Exemption Certificates
• List of current customers and their contact details (references)
• Quotation in ZMW (Kwacha), to include delivery and payment terms
• Pictures of vehicle
• Vehicle Registration details with engineer’s certificate

The deadline for submissions is 17th May 2023. Physical visits are prohibited.
