PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR CSB (Corn and Soya Blend) for 2024

Mary’s Meals Zambia is a charitable organization implementing a school feeding program and currently reaching out to over 442, 183 Learners in 752 Schools with a daily meal at their place of education. We are presently working in Chipata, Chipangali, Kesenengwa, Lumezi, Lundazi, Mambwe, Chasefu, Vubwi, Chadiza, Katete and Sinda districts of Eastern Province.

We are inviting expressions of interest for prequalification for the category detailed below.

Provision of CSB meeting WFP specifications and supplier must be able to transport to Mary’s Meals feeding sites in the Eastern Province in Zambia

Suppliers who meet the criteria for prequalification will be prequalified for the categories applied for either in whole or in part and will form the list of contractors who will be given tender/quotation documents to bid for the supply of goods and services in 2024.

Interested suppliers should request the pre-qualification questionnaire using the email address : procurement.zambia@marysmeals.org.

The vendor should submit the completed prequalification pack, including supporting documents, through e-mail marked Expression of Interest for Vendor Prequalification to procurement.zambia@marysmeals.org or in a sealed envelope to:

The deadline for submissions is 5th June 2023 at 5:00 pm.

Only shortlisted organizations will be contacted for further process. If you don’t hear from us in 14days after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
