We are looking for a talented individual to carry out day-to-day sales activity for our various software packages and mobile/web application products. You must be confident, intelligent, and self-driven and be willing to work hard with limited supervision.


Your responsibilities will include:


- Prospecting and qualifying new sales leads

- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects

- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products

- Track all sales activities

- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments

- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management

- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers

- Meet and/or exceed quotas

- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

- Keeps management informed by submitting regular and periodical activity and results reports

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of our existing and new products


Your qualifications:


- Certificate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field

- 2-4 years of IT sales experience

- Proficient in digital sales and marketing

- Traceable experience selling software-related products

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Highly self-motivated

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
