the right candidate shall report to the College Principal and the Director Finance.

Librarian

Qualifications

• Full Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum of Diploma in Library studies, a degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of one year work experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate all library activities
• Take stock of all book requirements
• Keep up to date record of book receipts and issues
• Any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor
• Possession of full Grade 12 certificate
• ACCA, CIMA, CA
• At least 2 years minimum experience
• Associate member of ZiCA.
• Pastel accounting knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare cashbooks
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Keep students payment records up to date.
• Update both receivables and payables
• All statutory monthly returns.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
