E-Solar Tech is a company that is specialized in Electrical, Security, and Solar system which include Designing, installing, and supply of all types of Solar products such as batteries, inverters, geysers, charger controllers, Solar pumps Solar panels, etc.

At E solar tech we seek to employ in the following positions.

1.1 INSTALLER

The person to be employed for this position will be expected to work on part-time bases. with the salary being based on the number of installations done in a month.

DUITIES

• Installation of Solar power back -Up system and PV standalone system.
• Installation of CCTV, Gate Motor, and Electrical Fence.
• Installation of Solar Pumps
• Installation of Drip Irrigation
• Doing load Assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a holder of a craft certificate in power electrical.
• In a position of Green National Registration Card.
• Must have excellent Knowledge of Solar, CCTV, Electrical Fence, and Gate Motor Installation.
• 2 years of experience will be an added advantage

1.2 DIRECT SALES AGENTS

The Direct Sales Agent will promote and sell our different products which are both on Rent To Own and Cash Bass and as well as apply the cross-selling and upselling dynamics to meet aggressive daily sales targets set by the business from time to time.

The successful Applicants will be on 100 % commission.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age entry of 22 years and above.
• Must be a Chingola, Kitwe, Chilibobwe, Mufulira, Ndola, Solwezi and Kalulushi resident.
•  Grade 12 certificate (Minimum).
•  Must possess selling skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous Sales and Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
• Must be a self-driven individual able to work towards meeting set Targets.
• Good Customer Service and Negotiating skills.
• Able to work well as an individual as well as able to fit in well in a team.
• Sober-minded and Trustworthy individual.
