We are therefore inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:

POSITION: BREWING AND UTILITIES ENGINEER

LOCATION: LUSAKA

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

Reporting to the Plant Engineer, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:

• Managing safety, healthy and risk-free working environment
• Drive asset care and autonomous maintenance for the section
• Managing and developing team
• Optimizing team processes
• Optimizing plant and equipment availability and reliability
• Optimizing process performance
• Managing planned maintenance system integrity and optimal usage
• Facilitating team problem solving and decision making
• Ensuring redundancy of utilities plant and equipment
• Maintenance reliability, availability, and cost management

The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements;

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related Engineering field
• 5 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment
• SAP experience will be an added advantage
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Microsoft office including excel, word, power point.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
