Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and managing daily business activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars.
  • Act as a liaison between government and the company, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate the flow of information by organizing and maintaining documentation, reports, and databases.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing streamlined workflows.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a business setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be 28years and above
