- Assist in coordinating and managing daily business activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars.
- Act as a liaison between government and the company, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate the flow of information by organizing and maintaining documentation, reports, and databases.
- Support project management efforts by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing streamlined workflows.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a business setting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be 28years and above
