Core responsibilities

1. Installation of elevators and escalators components

2. Testing and Commissioning of elevators and escalators

3. Trouble shooting and repair of elevators and escalators

4. Performing regular inspections on the elevators and escalators to ensure that    they are in good condition and working well.

5. Checking elevator and escalator parts and wiring for signs of wear

Qualifications

1. Degree or diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical or Civil Engineering

2. Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the Elevator & Escalator field

3. Minimum age 25 years

Skills

1. Must be good team player

2. Fluent in the English language: written & spoken

3. Exceptional practical hands-on installation skills (mechanical & electrical)

4. Exceptional practical hands-on after-sales service experience and knowledge

5. Able to fault find and analyse mal-functions

6. Experience in site and project supervision

7. Able to train on the job our local technicians and installers.

8. Driving with valid driver’s licence is an added advantage
