For the Period 2023-2025

Location: Lusaka,Kabwe,Chisamba,Chibombo, Kapiri Mposhi,Ndola, Lufwanyama, Mpongwe, Masaiti, Chongwe, Mumbwa, Solwezi, Luanshya and Chingola.

iDE Zambia, is inviting applications from reputable Companies, Individual Suppliers and Service providers to register as suppliers in different categories as shown below for 2023-2025

Existing Suppliers for Goods and Services listed below who wish to be retained must re-apply.

1. Consultancy services

Graphic Design, Media Communication, web designing, Project Content Creation, Research consultants and, Insurance services. IT services.

2. Designing and Printing services

Supply of corporate visibility materials, various documents, branding of T/Shirts, caps & shirts, Business Cards.

3. Office Stationery services

Supply of assorted stationery, Printers/binders/scanners and Tonners.

4. Food Supplies

Catering and Confectionery.

5. General Supplies

Supply of Non-Food Items (NFIs), office Furniture, Electronic devices and Appliances and Machinery/ Servicing, Fire equipment and servicing.

6. Hospitality services

Accommodation &Conference package.

7. Travel services

Car Hire, Flights, Taxi, Tours, transportation of household goods.

8. Motorbike suppliers & spare parts

Field motor Bikes and bikers protective clothing.

9. Brand new/pre-used motor vehicle suppliers

4X4 vehicles.

10. Mechanical services

Repairs and routine service of Ford Ranger/Toyota vehicles

Repairs and routine service of field motorbikes.

11. Cleaning/maintenance services

Cleaning of offices and supply of sanitary bins, cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool.

12. Protective clothing (PPE) suppliers

Work suits, safety shoes, gumboots, bunny coats and rain coats.

iDE Zambia reserves the right to visit your offices as part of the prequalification verification process.
