CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tracking and monitoring key sales performance metrics such as sales volume, revenue and average selling price
  • Implementing cost control measures and ensuring that departmental expenditures remain within the set budget
  • Evaluation and monitoring of inventory levels to inform demand planning sessions and ensure that existing/projected demand is fulfilled optimally
  • Evaluation of product promotions and discounts to ensure that they make commercial sense to the business whilst still delivering value to the end customer.
  • Contribute to the maximization of the company’s profit potential by setting and adjusting product prices in an optimum way that will yield good margin realization
  • Synthesize market intelligence and generate useful information and actionable recommendations to aid in better decision-making
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS Excel for analysis
  • Effective Communication Skills
  •  Ability to work under pressure and Prioritize tasks
  • A high level of integrity
  • Good data analytics Skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solving
  • Good time management
  • Attention to details
