AMELINA ENTERPRISES, a Zambian owned business registered under Act No. 16 of 2011 of the Laws of Zambia with registration No. 320220065227, is inviting applications for a Bartender role to be based in LUSAKA.

Job Responsibilities:

- Verify identification and age requirements of customers

- Mix traditional and creative cocktails

- Process payment from customers

- Clean glasses and bar utensils

- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences

- Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits

- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere

Qualifications and Experience:

- School leaver with a full Grade 12 certificate.

- Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

- Organisational – Must be able to keep track of several inventory details at once with efficiency and without error.

- People skills – Must be able to build customer relationships and good rapports.

- Collaboration and Problem-solving – Must be able to work well with others, even in difficult, high-pressure situations that require prompt action.

- Must be good at mathematical calculations

- Written communications skills.

- Must be able to work without supervision.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to the letter.

Locality Requirements:

- Must be based within Kamwala South or surrounding areas.

Salary:

- Minimum wage, subject to review based on performance
