Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, with a solid understanding of IT solutions and services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by driving sales initiatives and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, best practices, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
3. Strong understanding of IT solutions and services
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Highly motivated, with a passion for technology and innovation.
