Job Summary:

UNO Energies Zambia Limited is seeking a Technician to be based at our head office in Lusaka.

The successful candidate will perform the duties below:

Duties /Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding to client IT support requests.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, and technical issues.
• Provide remote or onsite technical support for clients experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Independently diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
• Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Good communication skills
• Ability to understand processes and ensure compliance
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems
• Ability to be both creative and analytical
• Extremely detail-oriented and accurate

Education and Experience

• Diploma in Electronics/IT
• 2-3 years of experience preferably working for an oil marketing company.
