Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based inSiavonga. As a Health & Safety Superintendent at Yalelo Zambia, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and compliance of health and safety policies and procedures. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing occupational health, and safety (OHS), workplace safety, and safety training initiatives. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe working environment for our employees, facilitating their well-being, and upholding our commitment to safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practicesAbility to conduct safety training and implement safety programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certification or degree in Health & Safety or related field
• Experience in the aquaculture or agriculture industry is a plus

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
