In line with the provisions of the CRZ financial and procurement policies, CRZ hereby wishes to invite reputable firms to submit quotations for the supply of an Executive Double Cab vehicle (1).

Section 1: Specifications Requested

The following product technical specifications are requested under this tender:

–       Cabin: Double Cab 4X4

–       Fuel: Diesel

–       Fuel Tank Capacity 80 liters

–       Engine: 1.9L Turbo

–       Seats: 5

–       Tyre Size: 265/65 R17

–       Output: 111kW/350Nm

–       Transmission: 6 Speed Manual or Automatic

–       Ground Clearance: 235mm

Section 2: Application Requirements

The following documentation must be provided to be considered for this opportunity:

Submit your quotation on the official company letterhead with the following details:

• Company Profile – clearly indicating physical address, telephones and email address
• Valid copies of certificate of registration and incorporation
• Valid ZRA Tax Registration and Tax clearance certification
• Recent and current trade references
• Quotes must be provided in Zambian Kwacha.
• Payment terms
• Any other information relevant to product
• Only electronic submissions will be accepted.

Other Notes:

• Successful bidders will be contacted and issued a fixed price Purchase Order (PO)
• Failure to meet one of the eligibility criteria like submission of registration license, VAT registration certificate will deem the application incomplete and subsequently rejected.
• Detailed descriptions on the type of vehicle, delivery options, stock availability, lead time to delivery and price validity highly required in the offer.
