CMC/ PSU/13/01/2023: TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE(1) DRILLING RIG

Choma Municipal Council has received Constituency Development Fund for 2022, for Mbabala and Choma central Constituencies and intends to apply part of the funds towards the procurement of one 11) drilling ng.

Choma Municipal Council now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to participate in the Tender for the Supply and delivery of one (1) drilling rig. Open National Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Zambia Public Procurement Authority procedures for procurement of Goods, works and services

Interested eligible bidders may inspect and obtain the bidding document from Procurement and Supplies Unit, Choma Municipal Council Civic Centre, Belund Provincial Administration P.O BOX 630145. Choma Southern Province Zambia upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 1,000.00 from 08:30 hours to 17:00 hours Monday to Friday. TELEGAPHIC/ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Sealed Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the bidding document and in sealed envelopes, bound and clearly marked: "Tender for the Supply and delivery of one (1) Drilling Rig" shall be deposited in the tender box situated at the civic Centre, PSU on or before, Thursday, 16th February, 2023 at 10:00 hour's local time. The bids shall be opened immediately thereafter in the council Chamber in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend LATE BIDS SHALL HOT BE ACCEPTED.

Bids shall remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for bid submission as prescribed above
