Head Teacher (1)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Must have a full Grade 12 certificate with at least credits in English and Mathematics
- Degree in Education Management or any related field
- An earned PHD will be added advantage.
- Experience with international Schools.
- At least experience as a Head Teacher or equivalent Management position
Key Responsibilities:
- To effectively and efficiently provide strategic leadership.
- Motivation and Management.
- Developing and maintaining school policies and rules.
- To provide an overall oversight role of the Schools Administrative.
- To spearhead the strategic planning processes.
- To effectively maintain both internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.
Deputy Head Teacher(1)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Must have a full Grade 12 certificate with at least credits in English and Mathematics
- Degree in Education
- Master's degree in education management or any related field.
- An earned PHD will be added advantage.
- Experience with international Schools
- At least Two (2) years working experience as a Deputy Teacher or equivalent Management position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor regularly the preparation of schemes and records of work to ensure proper implementation of teaching programs
- Provide ongoing support to Heads of Department / Teachers.
- Making sure Teachers have access to important educational resources.
Chaplain(1)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Full grade twelve certificate or equivalent.
- Degree in Theology, from a reputable Seventh Day Adventist accredited Institution.
- Certificate in guidance and counselling will be an added advantage.
- Experience in conducting devotions and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine morning devotion.
- Guidance and counselling.
- Behavior monitoring for learners.
- Spiritual guidance of the institution.
- Work with the Patron and Matron to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils.
TEACHERS
Mathematics (1)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Full Grade twelve certificate with at least credit in majoring subject.
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics
- Masters will be an added advantage.
- Functional computer literacy.
- A minimum of two (2) years teaching experience at a reputable school.
Key Responsibilities:

- To conduct tests and end of term examinations for assessment.
- To participate in academic planning for the School.
English (1)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Full Grade twelve certificate with at least credit in English or better
- Degree in English Language

Biology (1)

Music Teacher
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Full Grade twelve certificate with at least credit in English and mathematics.
- Degree in Music studies
- Masters will be an added advantage.

- Must have experience working with musical Instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality theory and practical music lessons
- Planning and preparing lessons in relation to and examination syllabuses.
- Teaching music theory, aural skills and practical techniques to pupils.
- Arrange recitals and concerts for pupils.
Commercial Teachers (2)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Full Grade twelve certificate
- Degree in Commercial teaching.
- Masters will be an added advantage.
- A Minimum of two (2) years teaching experience at a reputable school.

ICT Officers (3)
Computer Studies Teacher (1)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Must have a full Grade twelve certificate with at least credit in English and mathematics.
- Minimum of a Degree in ICT or related fields
- At least two (2) years practical experience as an IT teacher or similar position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft windows systems.
- Basic knowledge of domain controllers, roaming profiles, network share etc.
- Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge (cabling, ping, trace route, DNS resolution etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality theory and practical lessons
- Configuration, implementation and support of the Schools computer workstations, laptops, printers and network endpoints.
- Carry out upgrades and maintenance of assigned systems.
- Provide support for the software and hardware platforms that the School offers its clients.
ICT support officers (2)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Must have a full Grade twelve certificate with at least credit in English and mathematics.
- Minimum of a Diploma in ICT or related fields.
- At least one (1) year practical experience as an IT officer or similar position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft windows systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration, implementation and support of the Schools computer workstations, laptops, printers and network endpoints.

Matron (1) and Patron (1)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Must have a full grade twelve (12) certificate.
- Diploma in guidance and counselling
- Degree will be added advantage or any related field.
- Two years (2) experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the domestic running of the hostels
- Liaise with HsMs and/or tutors, as well as parents, about individual pupil pastoral issues
- Ensure safe and clean food is prepared for all boarders.
- Observe and monitor conduct of pupils while employing parental care.
Accountant (2)
Chief Accountant (1)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Must have a full grade twelve certificate with at least credit in mathematics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts
- Full ACC OR ZICA will be an added advantage.
- At least two (2) years’ proven work experience in similar position.
- Basic Computer knowledge and proficiency in sage or pastel.
- Fully paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that accounting records are captured accurately.
- Supervise and monitor positing of Revenue and Expenses for Departmental or Unit accounts.
- Ensure revenue and expenditure posting complies with reporting requirements, School policy and standard accounting procedures.
- Planning cash flow forecast, cash position statements.
- To assist in maintaining knowledge of current tax legislation, labour laws, accounting regulations and standards to enable accurate capturing of financial data and provide accurate financial advice to management.
- Take control of month end processes by ensuring that weekly and monthly reconciliation of Bank accounts, customer statements and supplier statements are carried out in compliance with the School internal control system and taking the lead in the reconciliation of relevant control accounts and their related correcting entries and completing the aforementioned year end activities to agreed deadlines.
- Assist in liaising with the external auditors, ensure controls are in place and ledger accounts are reconciled to deliver a clean audit each year.
- Attend to and resolve audit queries as they relate to financial accounting in a manner acceptable to internal and external auditors.
Accountant(1)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Must have a full grade twelve certificate with at least credit in mathematics.
- Diploma in Accounts or its equivalent.
- Degree will be an added advantage.
- At least two (2) years’ proven work experience in similar position.
- Basic Computer knowledge and proficiency in sage or pastel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and post cash transactions and perform related cashier functions.
- Answering to inquiries
- Bank reconciliations.
- Maintain appropriate files for all payments and revenue.
Secretaries (3)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Full grade twelve certificate
- Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial
- One (1) or Two (2) years’ work experience.
- Able to handle pressure and can Multi-task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Managing database.
- Prioritizing workloads.
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Typing, preparing and collecting reports.
Clinic Officers(2)
- Full grade twelve certificate
- Diploma in Clinic Medicine
- A valid practicing license (HPCZ).
- Recommendation letter from reputable health facility.
- Good work ethics, responsive and creative health workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of the School clinic.
- Provide day to day management of patients.
- Issue out referral letters for critical patients.
- Effective and active management of patients.
- Maintain and ordering of drugs and other essential tools.
- Examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Nurses(2)
- Full grade twelve certificate
- Diploma in registered nursing
- A valid Practicing license (GNC)
- Recommendation letter from reputable health facility.
- Good nursing ethics, responsive and creative health workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first health care to all pupils, staff and or visitors when need arises.
- Conduct routine health talks with pupils (personal hygiene and communicable diseases).
- Administers drugs when prescribed by Doctors or Clinical offers on duty.
- Provide emotional and psychological support.
- Maintaining patient’s reports, medical files and monitoring changes in their condition.
Chefs(3)
- Adequate knowledge and skills to prepare bulk meals.
- Long hours experience in the kitchen.
- Cooking techniques and ability to prepare healthy meals.
- Health clearance (Food-handler certificate).
- Flexible and adaptable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, bake and serve a variety of foods in quantity at an assigned appropriate time.
- Assist in other food preparation duties as directed.
- Maintain facilities in a clean and hygienic condition.
Cleaners (6)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Full grade twelve certificate will be added advantage.
- Basic working knowledge of building and equipment maintenance.

- This can entail dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning smudges off windows and doors.
- Ensuring restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked with necessary hygienic materials.
General Workers(3)
Qualifications, experience and skills:
