The Government through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has funded Isoka Constituency under Constituency Development Fund for 2022 community projects.

Following the approval of projects for 2022 Constituency development Funds for Isoka Constituency, Isoka Town Council therefore wishes to invite sealed bids from eligible and interested companies to participate in the following Constituency Development Fund Community Project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CONSTRUCTION Of KASOKA MINI HOSPITAL PHASE 1: OPO, MATERNITY AND PEDIATRICT WARD

1. Interested Participants should obtain further Information and inspect the Bidding Document at Isoka Town Council, Procurement and Supplies Unit (PSU) Civic Center, Old Great North Road, P.O Box 440010 Isoka Zambia. TELEGRAPHIC OR ELECTRONIC OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by Interested Bidders from the office of the Procurement and Supplies Unit upon payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of K1000.00 or equivalent in a freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate or Bank certified cheque or transfer in the Isoka District Fund Account No. 0270880005068, Sort Code 201627
3. The Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 Days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid security of not less than 2% of the bid sum from the bank and must be clearly marked. Tender FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF KASOKA MINI HOSPITAL PHASE 1: OPD, MATERNITY AND PEDIATRIC WARD and must be deposited in the Tender Box at Civic Center, Isoka Town Council Old Great North Road P.O Box 440010, Isoka Zambia not later than 20th February 2023 at 10:00Hrs.
4. The closing date for the receipt of Bids is Monday 20^th February 2023, at 10:00Hrs local time and any Bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the Conference Room at Isoka Town Council, along Old Great North, Isoka Zambia, In the presence of their representatives who wish to attend.
5. Site Visit for the project will be done 31^st January 2023.
6. Isoka Town Council reserves the right to accept or reject and annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders.

Please Note....

a) Preferential treatment will be given to local contractors domiciled within Isoka Constituency.

b) Contractors who have already been awarded Contracts under CDF WILL NOT be considered until they complete works on site.
