1. GROUP FIXED ASSETS MANAGER – (HEAD OFFICE – LUSAKA) (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Ensuring completed assets commissioned are posted to relevant asset categories.
- Ensuring the backup documentation on commissioned assets with an audit trail.
- Ensuring that the completion certificate is issued for the commissioned asset.
- Ensuring easier retrievable form of document evidence on CWIP.
- Engaging with other stakeholders to ensure proper and efficient accounting methods as well as understanding the Division business needs as it pertains to fixed asset accounting transactions and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with Group Policy relating to fixed assets.
- Reviewing, documenting, and improving existing guidelines and instructions for all fixed asset-related processesZ.
- Overseeing the acquisition of fixed assets records in line with Group policies and guidelines.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits.
- ACCA
- More than 10 years of experience with vast exposure in multinational agribusiness
- Fellow Membership of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants
- Strong in systems development and implementation
- Hands-on experience in advanced excel

2. FINANCE BUSINESS PLANNING MANAGER – (HEAD OFFICE- LUSAKA) (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Evaluating complex business case models required for new developments.
- Performing sensitivity & scenario analysis for new, expansion, and replacement projects including their NPVs.
- Evaluating complex business case models required for new product development valuation.
- Collaborates with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization.
- Monitoring business climate, trends in Agric and manufacturing, and government activity in areas of the Groups current and anticipated product lines.
- Researching and analyzing financial information relating to specific business case scenarios.
- To provide the senior executives with an insightful knowledge of the Group’s business drivers through robust and challenging analysis.
- Performing ad hoc analysis within set deadlines and as requested by senior management.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits.
- Full ACCA, CIMA, ZICA or Equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years of budgeting and payroll experience.
- 3 years of supervisory/management experience.

3. MANAGER – CUSTOMS & EXCISE TAXES (HEAD OFFICE- LUSAKA) (01)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Maintaining sound working relationships with all key stakeholders on imports and exports.
- Providing input on customs legislative requirements for communication internally.
- Preparing tax workings for Group excisable products and ensuring that tax returns and payments are done timeously, secured, filed, and indexed for future reference and audit- purposes.
- Preparing monthly reports of all Group imports for tax compliance review and reporting purposes.
- Developing and maintaining the harmonized commodity description and coding system (HS Codes) Data base of products regularly imported by the Group to ensure correct classification and access to available benefits.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits.
- Diploma in Clearing & Forwarding, Degree in Accountancy or Part/Full ACCA, CIMA, ZICA or Equivalent.
- Atleast 5 years accounting and tax experience.
- Good working knowledge of tax administration and risk management within the business environment.
The Required Attributes Include:
- Good understanding of the taxation framework and control environment
- Ability to prioritize, manage complexity and deal with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Good understanding of global and domestic economic trends.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, Ability to influence senior management across the business.
4. ASSISTANT HATCHERY MANAGER – ZAMHATCH (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- The Supervisor reports to the Hatchery Manager, or in his absence, to the Production Manager, Breeding and Hatchery.
- The Supervisor must be familiar with all the equipment, activities, functions, and procedures within the hatchery. He/she must also be familiar with all aspects of incubation.
- He/she must be familiar with the Hatchery SOP.
- He/she assists with the training and development of the labour, and the maintenance of standards and discipline.
- He/she is accountable for immediate remedial action and reporting of variances from standards.
- He/she has an obligation to be on call in the case of an emergency in addition to the normal schedule and must leave contactable telephone numbers when off site.
- Management of the housekeeping areas as specified by the Hatchery Manager.
- Physical verification of eggs received and despatched into and out of cold room against relevant documentation. Report any variance found when receiving eggs from sites to the Manager and notify the driver.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits.
- An electrical qualification or studying towards and electrical qualification.
- 5 years working experience in a Broiler Hatchery.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- MS Excel and Outlook proficient.
The Required Attributes Include:
- Good numeric and writing skills required.
- Good communication ability in English required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent knowledge of the incubation process.
5. ASSISTANT LAYING MANAGER – ZAMHATCH (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Conducting review meetings with the staff.
- Checking and marking the attendance register.
- Checking poultry house light program.
- Ensuring repairs / breakdowns are completed and report to Breeder Production Manager.
- Ensuring birds are fed and ventilation is set.
- Receiving feed. Dispatching eggs.
- Weighing eggs. Ensuring all eggs are collected. Four collections to be done.
- Entering eggs produced in reproductive record and egg dispatch book.
- Check cold room in the morning, midday and afternoon.
- Ensuring site is neat and clean at all times.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits.
- Diploma in animal production or agriculture.
- Additional training in management skills would be advantageous.
- 3 years or more experience in broiler breeding production including rearing and breeding.
The Required Attributes Include:
- Good numeric and writing skills required.
- Good communication ability in English required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent knowledge of the incubation process.
- The job holder must have extensive knowledge in broiler breeding in order to effectively analyse, perform duties and supervise sub-ordinates.
- Strong Stockman skills in poultry production required.
- Basic calculation skill essential, computing skills advantageous.
6. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT– KITWE PROCESSING (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Raising and resolution of queries to the relevant departments
- Accurate processing and posting of price claims and stock transfer for northern region outlets and wholesale
- Preparation of quantity throughput for all the outlets to help minimise stock loss in the outlets
- Ensure that the figures/data on the trading return reports is accurate and correctly adding up
- Ensure all outlets weekly trading returns are submitted by appropriate area managers
- Tracking of supplier’s external invoices and ensure they are submitted on time for posting capturing and verifying closing stocks for northern region outlets and wholesales
- Identifying and preparation of a schedule for invoices that have goods in transit.
The Required Attributes Include:

- Out-of-the-box thinking
- Quick learner and works well under pressure.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong knowledge of Excel – modeling experience preferred.
